Full-Service Interior Design

We begin with a Complimentary Consultation to get to know each other and ensure we’re a good fit.

Then, during your Home Introduction—in person if you’re in the NY Metro area—we discuss every facet of your project from design ideas to existing conditions to logistics like scope, schedule, and investment, which are all documented in your Letter of Agreement. Once the formalities are addressed, it’s on to the Discover Phase!

This phase is all about getting to know you and your style really well. It begins with the Design Kickoff Meeting—a survey of your space and a series of fun, guided visualization exercises to help spark inspiration.

From there, we move on to a Design Concept Meeting, where we explore design strategies, review inspiration, and discuss your specific likes and dislikes. Not sure how to describe the look you want? No worries. We’ll use sample images to hone in on your perfect colors, materials, patterns, and design details.

Once we have a grasp on what you want, we start drawing and sourcing! In your Design Vision Presentation, you’ll see floor plans, 3D illustrations, and furnishing selections—all tailored to your personal style. Your feedback in this meeting is essential, so don’t be shy! Afterward, we’ll order everything you’ve approved (we average 93%!) and revise anything you didn’t.

Then, we’ll finalize all the finishing touches in your Design Details Presentation. For projects with construction, we’ll also prepare the Technical Drawings and a Building Review Package for co-op or condo approval.

Get ready to see your vision come to life! We’ll order all the materials, track deliveries, and troubleshoot any issues along the way. If your project has a paint, flooring, or wallpaper component, we’ll coordinate with the appropriate tradespeople.

If your project has a construction component, we’ll coordinate with the contractor to make sure everything is built according to your approved specifications. On Installation Day (our favorite!), we’ll install all of your new treasures and style your space to perfection.

You’ll come home to your own personal sanctuary—and a bottle of your favorite something to toast to the new space! Two weeks later, we’ll conduct a Project Finale to work through any punch lists, discuss any outstanding questions, and make sure you’re totally thrilled with the end result.
