ADROIT has been featured in Architectural Digest, House Beautiful, Real Simple, Apartment Therapy, Martha Stewart, Parade, and The Spruce. Madelaine was awarded the Apartment Therapy Small/Cool Best Vibe award for her own home in 2023.

Meet Our Founder

Madelaine’s career has been driven by her passion for creating practical, peaceful, and personal spaces for busy New York professionals and her belief that great design should find joy in every detail.

With over twenty years of New York City design experience, Madelaine is a licensed architect, certified interior designer, LEED and WELL-accredited, and a New York School of Interior Design faculty member. She earned her Master’s in Architecture from the Georgia Institute of Technology and her Bachelor’s in Architectural Studies and Art History from Hobart and William Smith Colleges.
