DEFINE
Just like our Full-Service Package, Design Direction starts with a Complimentary Consultation —a chance for us to get to know each other and be sure we’re a good fit.
Next comes the Home Introduction. If you’re in NYC, we’ll meet in person; otherwise, we’ll connect over Zoom. Together, we’ll walk through every aspect of your project, like existing conditions, scope, timeline, budget, and any other details that might affect the process. By the end of that meeting, we’ll outline your design fees and project schedule on the spot.
From there, we’ll draft your personalized Letter of Agreement, summarizing everything we discussed for your review and signature.

DISCOVER
The Discover Phase is all about getting to know you, including your style, your needs, and how you want your space to feel.
We start with a Design Kickoff Meeting, where we’ll thoroughly survey your space and guide you through a series of custom, fun visualization exercises. These help uncover your vision—even the parts you didn’t know you had.
Next is your Design Concept Meeting. We’ll review broad design strategies and dive into a curated collection of images for every element of your project. Not sure how to describe your style? No problem. You’ll tell us what you love (and what you really don’t), so we can start narrowing in on the perfect look and feel.

DESIGN
Once we understand who you are and what you want from your space, we get to work drawing, sourcing, and shaping your vision.
At your Design Vision Presentation, we’ll walk you through guiding principles, inspiration imagery, floorplans, furnishings, and 3D illustrations for each space.
We’ll hand over a complete design package, 100% ready for implementation.
