Polished Pied-a-Terre

Brief:

It all started with a small and dysfunctional walk-in closet, and quickly grew to a complete bedroom renovation, adding custom built-in wardrobes, converting the dreaded closet to a jewelry box dressing room, upgrading the basic radiator covers to a magical window seat, and adding fun colors, textures, patterns and specially commissioned artwork throughout the suite.

Strategy:

The key moves here are: moving the clothing storage out of the closet into custom wardrobes, converting the closet into a dressing room with pull out shoe and handbag storage, replacing the old radiator covers with front facing grilles to create a magical window seat flanked by built-in bookcases, and adding bold artwork and patterns in the client’s favorite colors.
