The sequel to my own award-winning apartment!
After 3.5 years I was ready for a larger space, and while the bedroom remained virtually the same, I now have a separate office, larger living room and client meeting space (i.e..:dining room). I was also excited to embrace even more joyful color, luxurious textures, and playful patterns, not to mention all the extra wall space for more art!
The key moves here are: using boldly patterned and colored wallpaper differently in each room, extending the drapery along 3 walls to create visual cohesion between the living room and dining room, adding full height shelving and drapery to separate the dining room from the kitchen, tempering the bold office wallpaper with gold framed bookcases and soft drapery, adding all the art the walls could hold, and of course sneaky storage.

“[The Ginkgo Garden] is a little jewel box with a consistent vibe, fueled by a common thread of color that ties every aspect of the space together.”
